“Faërie contains many things besides elves and fays, and besides dwarfs, witches, trolls, giants, or dragons; it holds the seas, the sun, the moon, the sky; and the earth, and all things that are in it: tree and bird, water and stone, wine and bread, and ourselves, mortal men, when we are enchanted.”
― J.R.R. Tolkien, On Fairy-Stories
I upgraded my deer horns with some golden brunches and apples, now I like it more.
Sorry for my face on the first one, somehow I look so tired on pictures from last mori-meeting.
It will be more photos from our picnic in a few days~

A chart I did a little while ago that outlines the Sundering of the Elves.
This can be read by starting at the top, with the Quendi. The divisions between the Minyar, Tatyar, and Nelyar are when they awoke (first, second and third, respectively). The Three Sunderings are outlined in large gray boxes, the smaller divisions in smaller gray rectangles.
Anyone that isn’t Calaquendi (light elves) is Moriquendi (dark elves). Eol (called the dark elf) addresses Maeglin as “son of the Teleri” though he is technically Iathrim (at least based on geography) so this category extends beyond the Avari alone.
